Biography

Ganesh Chandra Deka, ISDS is currently Deputy Director (International Cooperation & Technology) in the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship. His previous assignment includes Principal, Regional Vocational Training Institute for Women, Meghalaya, India, Assistant Director of Training, Directorate General of Training, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, Consultant (Computer Science), National Institute of Rural Development, NE Regional Centre, Guwahati, Assam (Under the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India) [2003-2006] and Programmer, World Bank Project at Nowgong Polytechnic ( A Government Polytechnic under the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam), Nagaon, Assam, India[1995-2003]. He is a International Adjunct Faculty and Thesis reviewers selected by BQS for Ballsbridge University, Roseau, Dominica.As of now, he has Organized 08 IEEE International Conference as Technical Chair in India. He is Editorial board member and reviewer for various Journals and International conferences, member of IEEE, the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, India and Associate Member, the Institution of Engineers, India.
